Privacy & cookies
This site uses no cookies, no trackers and no advertising. Here is exactly what happens to your data.
Who is responsible
Mirjan Gjergjevica (Mirjan Films), Corfu, Greece. For anything about your data, write to hello@mirjangjergjevica.com.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools, so there is no cookie banner.
Your browser keeps two small notes for the current visit only (session storage, deleted when you close the tab): whether you have already seen the opening titles, and whether you asked to see the animations. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Visiting the site
Like every web server, the server that hosts this site processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which see your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
There are no visitor statistics.
Films and videos
Videos load only when you press play. Until then, nothing is fetched from YouTube or Vimeo.
When you press play on a YouTube video, it plays through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on YouTube (Google) may process data under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Vimeo videos play with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting.
The contact form and email
The contact form does not send anything by itself: it opens your own email app with your message ready, and you decide whether to send it. What you write is used only to answer you and, if we work together, for that project.
I keep these messages as long as needed for the conversation and any work that follows, and delete them when you ask, unless the law requires me to keep them (for example invoices).
Free guides
The PDF guides download directly, with no email or sign-up.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
